The 21st edition of the Two Countries Marathon between South Africa and Zimbabwe took place on Saturday, 20 September, marking its 21st edition.

The marathon offered distances to suit all fitness levels, including a 42km marathon, 21km half-marathon, 10km run, and a 5km fun run.

The flagship 42km event started in Zimbabwe, with athletes transported by bus to the starting line before making their way back across the border into South Africa.

The 21km half-marathon, 10km run, and a 5km fun run started at Eric Louw High School.

Our dedicated team of photographers joined the action on a tandem, to let the readers share in the action. An article with the names and times of the winners will be published in next week's edition.
