Those who could not make to the top 10 will have their talent nurtured and will also feature in a mass choir that will perform during the grand finale of the competition.

Mr Rofhiwa Manyaga, well-known gospel singer and the father of the event, said the competition had reached its peak and that there would be prizes galore, with R10 000 cash and a recording deal as the first prize. "The Top 10 finalists are now going through their rehearsals in a quest to condition their voices, and build their confidence ahead of the final. Come 28 December, sparks will fly at the Thohoyandou Town Hall," said Manyaga.
