Joe’s Express tipped to stop Blue Rocks

It will be another busy weekend for the teams affiliated to the Limpopo Stream of the Safa Second Division League.

The match not to be missed will be between Joe’s Express and Blue Rocks at the Makwarela Stadium tomorrow afternoon. Blue Rocks will be fighting with the aim of reclaiming their leadership on the log. They dropped to the second spot after their 0-2 defeat at the hands of The Dolphins last Saturday.

The spirit is high in the camp of Joe’s Express, after holding Dynamos to a 2-2 draw last Saturday. Thembisani Nevhulamba and Edwin “Cafu” Ramphabana, who scored against Dynamos, are expected to give the Blue Rocks’ defence a run for their money. Dakalo “DK” Ratshitanga and Lucas Mashau will be marshaling the defence. Joel Maake, the Blue Rocks’ midfielder, who was out of action for three weeks as a result of injury, will be available for selection tomorrow.

Rospa United will host Mosesetjane All Stars at the Univen Stadium. Rospa proved their critics wrong and held Winners Park to a 1-1 draw at the Mahwelereng Stadium last Sunday.

Phungo All Stars will travel to Tzaneen for their match against Dynamos at the Burgersdorp Stadium. Basel will pay a visit to The Dolphins at the Seshego Stadium.

Giyani Hotspurs will host Magezi and Bellevue Winners Park will host Modimolle Aces at the Nkowankowa Stadium. Mighty FC will enjoy the home-ground advantage in their match against Winners Park.

Great North FC and Ray Pillars will meet at the Seshego Stadium in the only match that will be played on Sunday afternoon.
