Complainant withdraws case against Ludere

Mr Prince Ludere is not a bad man ... So says his attorney, Mr Desmond Mphaphuli from Louis Trichardt. Mphaphuli provided the newspaper with a withdrawal statement by the complainant in an attempted-murder and rape case against the 41-year-old Ludere.

3-year-old girl murdered

On Friday, August 26, the three-year-old Tshanduko Shilenge disappeared from her home in the Mashila section of Majosi village. Two days later, her lifeless body was found by members of the community in nearby bushes. The police are investigating the possibility that the little girl was raped before she was killed.
