Why are the lights continuously on?
Regarding the letter “Munisipaliteit moet verduidelik …” of 5 February 2016.
Why have the lights at the traffic circle south of the town been on continuously for the past two months during the day? Surely they should be on a ‘day/night’ switch?
Nightly we see advertised on television to please save electricity where we can – switch off this and switch off that.
Who is paying for the power, or are we testing daylight saving?
Will there be light after darkness?
