Two men arrested on charges of illegal possession of copper wire

An alert Musina policeman, Const Ramayane, arrested two suspects, a 32-year-old South African and a 24-year-old illegal Zimbabwean immigrant after intercepting their vehicle, an Isuzu bakkie, which was loaded with a huge consignment of copper wire stashed in several mealie-meal bags, police said.

15 Years in jail for murder

The two suspects who recently brutally murdered a 28 year-old South Africa man by stabbing him with a knife before robbing him of R50 at Dumba Village near Beitbridge town in Zimbabwe, were each sentenced to an effective 15 years in jail on Tuesday.
