More than 200 youths from disadvantaged backgrounds from around the Makhado municipal area, who recently completed a national skills development programme, received their certificates at the Makhado show grounds hall two weeks ago.
Fed-up by the ever escalating crime, angry residents of Thohoyandou and the surrounding villages are now resorting to instant justice where suspected criminals are killed or, if they are lucky, they are badly beaten and escape with their lives.
